Novelty effect
In iVR learning experiences, the novelty effect causes users to focus more on the iVR environment itself and interact with it rather than on the learning tasks. To overcome the novelty effect in iVR learning experiences, an interactive tutorial is proposed.
Design
Its design is based on Mayer's Cognitive Multimedia Learning Theory, trying to familiarise the user with the iVR environment, teaching how to use the hand controls and interact with the virtual objects.
Different levels
It was developed in levels with increasing complexity in the proposed user interactions.
